Job summary

Singtel Malaysia is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure, with a focus on security and reliability through IaC and DevSecOps.

You will automate provisioning with Terraform, Bicep, and CloudFormation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor performance, and drive ongoing optimization while documenting architectures and best practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5-6 years proven experience with cloud services on AWS/Azure, including architecture design and implementation
• Strong proficiency in IaC tools: Terraform, Bicep and CloudFormation.
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation tasks
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills for cloud environment
• Solid understanding of DevSecOps practices, tools, and methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices, compliance standards, and risk management

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS and Azure.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in cloud computing and DevSecOps.
