Job summary

Amazon Web Services Malaysia SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Startup Account Manager to drive growth with well-funded startups through AWS cloud solutions. You will work with Founders, CXOs, and technical founders to execute GTM strategies and accelerate adoption.

You will collaborate with Solution Architects, Inside Sales, Business Development, and partners to meet quarterly revenue targets and build long-term strategic relationships across the ASEAN startup ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical sales experience in B2B/tech environments.
• 5+ years of cross-functional collaboration or MBA with related projects.
• Bachelor's degree or higher required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure startup customer success and retention.
• Drive revenue and market share within ASEAN startups.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account/territory plans.
• Articulate compelling value propositions for AWS services.
