Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Associate to support the management and execution of clinical trials, handling a range of administrative and operational tasks within a sponsor-dedicated model.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support trial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain trial-related records. A science or healthcare background with trial support experience is required, with travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.
• Extensive experience in a clinical trial support role with understanding of processes and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Proficiency in clinical trial management systems and data management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel approx. 10%.

Your Profile:

You will have a strong foundation in clinical trial management, with the experience to work independently and guide others.Required qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field
• Extensive experience in a clinical trial support role, with a solid understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
• Proficiency in clinical trial management systems and relevant software, with a keen eye for detail in documentation and data management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10%)
