The role requires a strong foundation in clinical trial processes, with the ability to work independently, guide others, and travel up to 10% as needed. A Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field is required.

• Extensive experience in clinical trial support and regulatory knowledge.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with clinical trial management systems and data management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel (approx. 10%).

Aufgaben

• Provide administrative support for clinical trials, including document management, meeting coordination and trial records.
• Assist in preparation and submission of regulatory documents, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support trial operations and resolve issues.
• Monitor trial progress and manage site communications and delivery of study materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with site staff and stakeholders to enable smooth trial operations.
