Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia, located in IOI City, Putrajaya, provides asset servicing across Europe and Asia. The team focuses on timely and accurate security pricing valuation and global servicing from Malaysia.

The role supports the MDS Pricing team with shift-based hours and a broad client service scope in a high-volume environment. Reporting to the Manager, MDS Pricing, you will handle daily valuation tasks, maintain statistics, and ensure timely responses to client enquiries while collaborating with

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in a related field or equivalent.
Experience in banking operations with basic static data knowledge.
Knowledge of different investment instrument types.

Responsibilities

Deliver daily portfolio securities valuation for funds including Security Pricing, FX & Interest Rates, Stale Price Analysis, and client support.
Be accountable for global servicing from the operating location, including shifts and holidays/weekends when required.
Maintain up-to-date statistics and team checklists.
Maintain relationships with management lines and internal stakeholders.
Ensure effective resolution of enquiries and escalate issues when needed.
Act as backup to the Assistant Manager and support client operations officers.
Monitor team activity to ensure production requirements are met.
