Job summary

You will mentor technicians, enforce GMP and ISO aligned practices, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement projects across the cleanroom. This role calls for hands-on leadership in a high‑tech manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in manufacturing/related technical discipline.
• Leadership training is a plus.
• 3–5 years in cleanroom manufacturing.
• 1–2 years in supervisory role preferred.
• Experience in medical device/semiconductor/cleanroom ops is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily cleanroom manufacturing operations to meet targets.
• Plan and allocate manpower based on schedules.
• Monitor output, cycle time, yield, and line performance with corrective actions.
