Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field.
Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience supervising civil and structural works.
Experience in government projects is an advantage.
Able to read civil, structural and architectural drawings, specifications, schedules and Bills of Quantities.
Supervise daily site activities, monitor progress, ensure workmanship meets specs.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities.
Experience in preparing daily site reports and maintaining site records.
Familiar with QA/QC procedures, inspections, testing, and defect rectification.
CIDB Green Card holders preferred, knowledge of site safety requirements.
Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD and MS Project are a plus.
Possess a valid driving licence and willing to be based at Kerian, Perak, with travel as required.

Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in supervising civil and structural (C&S) works for landed housing or building construction projects. Candidates with experience in government projects will have an added advantage.
Sound knowledge of site construction activities, including earthworks, foundations, reinforced concrete works, masonry, drainage, roadworks, external infrastructure and finishing works.
Able to read and interpret civil, structural and architectural drawings, specifications, construction schedules and Bills of Quantities (BQ).
Responsible for supervising daily site activities, monitoring work progress, ensuring workmanship complies with project specifications, quality requirements and approved drawings.
