Briswood Sdn Bhd is seeking a competent Civil/Structural Inspector to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. You will conduct site inspections, supervise daily civil and structural works, and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

Healthy collaboration with contractors, consultants, and the Resident Engineer is essential. English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills are required, with six-day on-site work and potential relocation considerations in KL.

Formación

• Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or Mechanical & Electrical.
• Registered as IOW with BEM.
• 4–7 years in civil/structural construction.
• Strong written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willingness to work six days per week on-site.

Responsabilidades

• Site inspections to verify compliance with drawings, specs, and instructions.
• Supervise, coordinate and monitor daily civil/structural works.
• Identify defects and NCRs; propose mitigations with consultants.
• Coordinate technically with contractors and Resident Engineer.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and attend meetings.
