Job summary

Celestal is seeking a Senior Civil/Structural Engineer with a strong background in LNG, Oil & Gas and large-scale industrial EPC projects. You will lead civil and structural activities, review calculations and documentation, and ensure project quality and safety.

You will oversee design of steel structures, foundations, pipe racks, platforms, and industrial buildings, coordinating interfaces with other disciplines and supporting procurement, construction and commissioning.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or closely related discipline.
10+ years of civil/structural engineering experience.
Experience in LNG, Oil & Gas, petrochemical, refining, or large-scale industrial EPC projects.
Proficient with structural analysis tools STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, RISA-3D and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate civil and structural activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Review engineering calculations, technical drawings, specifications, and design documentation.
Oversee design of steel structures, reinforced concrete foundations, pipe racks, platforms, and industrial buildings.
Ensure compliance with applicable engineering codes, standards, and project specifications.
Coordinate technical interfaces with piping, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and other engineering disciplines.
Participate in design reviews, 3D model reviews, and constructability assessments.
Provide technical support during procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
Identify engineering risks, resolve technical issues, and ensure project quality and safety requirements.
