Qualifications

• Chargeman A4 certification and Energy Commission registration.

• Strong experience in electrical and mechanical systems.
• Must meet physical requirements (lift 50 lbs, stooping, standing).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Assign work orders and estimate time and materials for repairs.
• Support energy management by ensuring system efficiency.
• Inspect new installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
• Work within standardized procedures to meet deadlines.
