Qualifications

• Competent Chargeman A4 and registered with Energy Commission.

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Physical capability to meet the role's requirements (stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, lifting 50 lbs+).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems, and perform repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
