Job summary

LYC Healthcare Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive, Cash Management to support group payments, record vouchers accurately and help manage liquidity.

You will prepare cash books, forecast cash needs weekly, monitor collections, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to optimise cash management, forecasting and reporting. Automation of cash processes and adherence to best practices are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in finance/accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in related field.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.
• Able to work independently and with good attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing group payments in accounting system, ensure payment vouchers are correctly recorded with relevant supporting documents.
• Assist in fund allocation for group entities’ payments and obligations.
• Prepare monthly cash books to ensure that there are accurately recorded.
• Prepare weekly and other periodical cash forecast for collection and payment of expenses incurred for each entity.
• Ensure on time payment of monthly/annually financial interest and other commitment payments.
• Assist in monitoring cash collection within subsidiaries/related companies to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
• Assist in liaising with internal/external stakeholdersto ensure cash management, forecasting and reporting.
• Assist to review and enhance cash management process, implementing automation tools and best practices.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by Management from time to time.
