Job summary

6255 UOB Innovation Hub 2 Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Delivery Leader to drive the development and delivery of card technology solutions. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders from inception to deployment to ensure high quality, compliant enhancements and timely delivery across platforms.

You will lead across requirements, design, development, testing, integration and post‑implementation support, while championing CI/CD, IaC, and security practices.

Qualifications

• Delivery, Project, Stakeholder & Vendor Management experience, and Technical Delivery Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders from project inception through deployment to ensure quality and compliant card technology enhancements.
• Lead end-to-end delivery across requirements management, design, development, testing, integration and post-implementation support.
• Champion CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code practices while ensuring patching and security standards.
• Provide technical leadership during major incidents and perform root cause analysis with preventive actions.
• Mentor onshore and offshore teams, fostering technical excellence and cross‑unit collaboration.
• Maintain technical documentation, design artefacts and runbooks; participate in capacity planning and disaster recovery.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely product deliveries and effective post-implementation support.
