Job summary

Eco-Ideal Consulting Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Executive (Carbon) to lead carbon-related consulting projects. You will perform carbon footprint assessments, GHG inventories, and decarbonization strategies for clients across sectors.

You will analyze data, prepare technical reports and presentations, and collaborate with clients and internal teams. Site visits and staying updated on climate policies are expected. Mentoring juniors is part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience with carbon footprint assessment and GHG accounting.
• Ability to prepare clear technical reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Knowledge of environmental planning, renewable energy, and energy efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in environmental science, engineering, sustainability, or related field.
• Willingness to conduct site visits and engage with clients.
• Professional certifications in sustainability or environmental management are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead carbon-related consulting assignments for clients across sectors.
• Conduct carbon footprint assessments and GHG inventories.
• Develop decarbonization strategies and action plans.
• Analyze data and prepare technical reports and presentations.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams; attend meetings/site visits.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to service improvements.
