Pac Lease Berhad in Seremban seeks a Senior Officer/Assistant Manager - Credit & Marketing to drive business development, assess credit, and manage existing clients across Hire Purchase, Term Loan and Insurance products.

You will build new business, maintain portfolio quality, coordinate with internal teams for timely processing, and push for profitable, compliant outcomes. Diploma or degree and experience in equipment financing are essential.

Competenze

Diploma/degree or professional qualification in any discipline.
Experience in equipment financing, hire purchase or related financial products.
Strong business development and customer relationship management skills.
Good credit writing, financial analysis, and customer assessment abilities.
Self-driven with the ability to independently manage customers and sales activities.

Mansioni

Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and relationship building to meet sales targets.
Manage relationships with existing clients, suppliers, and partners to retain customers.
Assess and recommend credit applications within turnaround times per policies.
Coordinate with internal departments for timely approval, processing, and disbursement.
Monitor portfolio quality and yield, supporting collection activities when needed.
