Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 2–5+ years in marketing, brand management or related roles.
• Experience in consumer brands, FMCG, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, e‑commerce or influencer marketing is an advantage.
• Strong branding, social media, digital marketing and e‑commerce understanding.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated branding and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns across social media, digital platforms, influencer marketing and e‑commerce channels.
• Develop brand positioning, messaging and marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Manage the Company's social media presence, content direction and overall brand image.
• Plan and coordinate influencer / KOL campaigns, including objectives, briefing, execution and tracking.
• Work with internal teams and external agencies, influencers and creators to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Analyse marketing data and campaign results to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.
• Manage multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously.
• Ensure all marketing materials align with brand identity and guidelines.
