Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and produce high-impact creative assets for online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging graphics, motion content, short-form videos, advertisements, social media content, POSM, packaging, and marketing collateral that strengthen brand identities.
• Plan, shoot, and edit professional-quality photography and videography for products, lifestyle campaigns, store launches, and brand events.
• Independently research market design trends, consumer acceptance, design inspirations, and emerging creative styles to elevate the brand's visual direction.
• Develop creative concepts and present ideas confidently with clear storytelling, rationale, and strategic thinking to internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to transform campaign objectives into visually compelling creative executions.
• Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints while ensuring content remains fresh, modern, and commercially effective.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, social media formats, AI creative tools, and emerging design technologies.
