Job summary

CIB NET STATION SDN BHD, a subsidiary of Free ocean Game Pte. Ltd., invites a Senior Brand Ads Designer to join our Marketing team.

You will craft high-quality marketing creatives, branding materials, and advertising assets supporting game launches, live ops, and campaigns across our game portfolio. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Community, UA, and Creative teams to build visuals that strengthen brand identity and drive performance.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, branding, advertising, or digital marketing.
Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, advertising, and marketing creative work.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
Good understanding of composition, typography, colour theory, and visual communication.
Experience creating creatives for social media and digital advertising platforms.
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong creativity and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Design high-quality digital marketing assets for game launches, live operations, seasonal campaigns, and promotional events.
Produce key visuals (KV), banners, social media creatives, website assets, landing pages, and promotional materials.
Develop branding concepts that align with the identity and positioning of each game title.
Ensure creative consistency across all marketing channels and game brands.
Design advertising creatives for Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital advertising platforms.
Produce multiple creative variations for A/B testing and campaign optimization.
Collaborate with the UA team to improve creative performance based on campaign insights and marketing objectives.
Support creative optimization to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates (CVR), and overall campaign effectiveness.
Create marketing materials for online campaigns, in-game events, tournaments, exhibitions, and offline promotional activities.
Design event branding, merchandise, booth visuals, standees, and other marketing collateral.
