Job summary

Ant International in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a senior professional to lead product operations, partnerships and marketing for BNPL initiatives. You will align with product, technology, legal, finance, compliance, marketing, credit risk and customer service teams to drive business growth.

Mature in data analytics with a track record in fintech or ecommerce, you will shape roadmaps, manage campaigns, and report on key metrics to influence strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Finance, Marketing, or related.
• 10+ years in product operations, partnerships and/or marketing in tech, lending, fintech or ecommerce.
• Proficient in data analytics and key conversion metrics.
• A strong communicator with good interpersonal skills and stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to work independently in a fast, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end business operations across product development, campaigns and partnerships.
• Drive BNPL adoption with deep understanding of fintech and lending landscapes.
• Contribute to product roadmap alongside product development and tech teams.
• Analyse key metrics to influence business decisions and optimise campaigns.
• Plan and execute cross-functional marketing campaigns and campaigns with stakeholders.
• Oversee daily operations, stakeholder alignment, communications and budgeting.
