Job summary

Scicom MSC Berhad seeks an Advisory BMC Engineer to lead architecture and delivery of BMC firmware and platform management for next-generation hyperscale servers. You will partner with customers and engineering leaders to define direction, resolve complex issues, and ensure scalable deployment.

Responsibilities include guiding cross-functional teams, driving technical excellence, and influencing standards such as Redfish, IPMI, MCTP, PLDM, and OpenBMC, while mentoring engineers and improving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/CE/EE or related field.
• 8+ years of server platform development with extensive BMC firmware experience.
• Strong understanding of hyperscale server architectures and platform management frameworks.
• Deep experience in embedded software development using C/C++ and Linux-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and development of BMC firmware and platform management solutions across server platforms.
• Define technical roadmaps and end-to-end delivery of BMC features.
