Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Sdn Bhd is assisting a Singapore-based client in seeking a BIM Modeler (M&E) in Johor Bahru. You will work with project teams to develop BIM models and related 2D drawings for submission, collaborating across M&E disciplines.

Fresh graduates are welcome; a degree/diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required, with training provided to get up to speed on BIM/Revit and AutoCAD workflows.

Qualifications

• Degree, Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years' relevant drafting experience using BIM/Revit and AutoCAD.
• Fresh graduates welcome; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Work with project teams on drawings and documents for issue and filing.
• Develop and collaborate in BIM using Revit; generate and edit 2D M&E drawings for submission.
• Assist in engineering documentation/ administration and related duties.

Our Client is a Singapore Company providing integrated Mechanical & Electrical Engineering services such as the design and installation of plumbing and sanitary services, air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems, electrical installation, fire protection, alarm systems, communications and security systems for the Built Environment in Singapore. Their projects include public housing, private condominiums, schools, sports facilities, medical institutions, commercial, industrial buildings and infrastructure.

Work with project teams on drawings and documents for issue and filing.

Develop and collaborate in Building Information Modelling (BIM) using Revit software, generate and edit AutoCAD 2D Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) engineering drawings for submission, adhering to established specifications and standards.

Assist in engineering related documentation/ administration and any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Degree, Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years' relevant working experience in drafting using BIM/ Revit software and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with standard M&E installation details and requirements.
• Fresh graduates with no experience are welcome. Training will be provided.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good organizational, problem solving and communication skills.
