Job summary

Reap is seeking a Billing and Revenue Operations professional to own the end-to-end invoicing cycle for multiple products, including card programs, payments, and platform fees. You will translate contracts and pricing into precise billing, reconcile data, and proactively prevent revenue leakage.

You’ll work with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering on pricing changes and new launches, while supporting IFRS revenue recognition and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in billing, revenue operations, accounts receivable, or revenue accounting; fintech/payments background is a plus.
• Meticulous attention to detail with high-volume transaction data.
• Strong Excel skills; SQL proficiency or willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition concepts; formal accounting training is a plus but not required.
• Clear written English communication; professional client-facing skills.
• Process-minded with a drive to automate and improve processes.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end billing and invoicing across products and entities to ensure complete, accurate, on-time billing.
• Translate commercial terms into accurate billing from contracts, pricing schedules, and rate cards.
• Reconcile billing with source data and investigate discrepancies.
• Identify under-billing and revenue leakage; implement fixes and stronger controls.
• Oversee accounts receivable and collections; resolve client billing queries.
• Support IFRS revenue recognition and month-end close with cross-functional teams.
• Automate invoice generation, data extraction, and reconciliation using SQL and data tools.
• Collaborate with Sales, PM, Product, and Engineering on pricing changes and go-lives.
• Support external audits with billing and revenue schedules and documentation.
