Qualifications

• Minimum 2 doses of vaccination.
• Proven experience as a Coffee Barista with strong customer service.
• Able to stay calm under pressure and handle issues.
• Excellent English and Bahasa Malaysia communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagement activities and share product knowledge.
• Maintain quality control in coffee preparation and presentation.
• Mentor and train other baristas.
• Address and resolve customer issues swiftly.
• Suggest improvements to coffee preparation processes and service flow.
