Job summary

ZUS Coffee Kota Warisan Sepang is seeking a Barista to deliver exceptional customer service while crafting high-quality beverages at ZUS Signature premium concept Café. You will engage customers, train teammates, and help maintain brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have a strong barista background, be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and be vaccinated. Candidate should be energetic, customer-focused, and comfortable with lifelong learning.

Qualifications

• Vaccinated with at least 2 doses.
• Proven experience as a Coffee Barista, with a strong track record of excellent customer service.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM certificate in any field.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good interpersonal skills, energetic and willing to learn new knowledge.
• A positive, outgoing attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prefer candidates with own transport.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagement initiatives, including gathering feedback, offering product recommendations, and sharing insights about ZUS Coffee’s products and the coffee journey.
• Ensure consistency and excellence in the preparation of all coffee beverages, maintaining high standards in presentation, flavor, and overall product quality.
• Mentor and train other baristas, sharing knowledge, demonstrating advanced techniques (e.g., latte art), and upholding service and quality standards.
• Address and resolve customer issues related to service or products, ensuring swift and effective solutions.
