Job summary

Flame & Fern Cafe in Johor Bahru is seeking a dedicated Barista for a full-time, on-site role. You will prepare coffee and tea, operate espresso equipment, take orders, and greet customers as part of a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities include using the POS system, assisting with opening and closing duties, and helping with setup, cleaning and inventory. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years’ experience and knows latte art. Shifts, weekends and public holidays are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as a barista.
• Have knowledge & skills of Latte Art.
• Able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
• Able to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate espresso machines, grinders and brewers.
• Take orders and serve beverages.
• Greet customers and manage POS.

A Barista prepares and serves coffee, tea and other beverages. Your Barista job description may list core job responsibilities, such as operating coffee equipment, taking orders and cleaning workstations. Daily tasks may include preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks or other beverages follow by recipes and standard, operating coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders and brewers, greeting customers when they enter the building. The barista will assist in handling POS system and assisting with opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning and inventory tasks.

• 1-2 years of experience as a barista.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
