Bybit Limited is seeking a Module Owner to design, develop, and maintain financial backend modules in Golang for wealth management. You will shape data models, implement MySQL schemas, and optimize Redis and Kafka interactions to ensure reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years backend development experience.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and OS principles.
• Proficiency in at least one language (Golang, C++, Java, or Rust) with good practices.
• Familiar with MySQL, Redis, Kafka, and distributed systems concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend modules using Golang.
• Independent design of technical solutions and participation in architecture discussions.
• Design MySQL table structures and optimize queries for stability and data consistency.
• Implement caching strategies with Redis and manage asynchronous messaging with Kafka.
• Monitor system health, write documentation, and participate in code reviews.
