• Review solution designs to confirm they meet both business and technical requirements.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Support Agile processes such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user story grooming.
• Lead or support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Conduct UAT, functional testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.
• Provide end-user training, system demonstrations, and post-implementation support.
• Maintain detailed reports on system performance and project outcomes.
