Job summary
Great Eastern seeks an AVP, End User Computing & Microsoft 365 Platform to own strategy, architecture and operations for enterprise digital workplace services. You will lead end-user computing, identity, collaboration platforms and modern workplace technologies across the group.
The role requires 10+ years in end-user computing, MS365 expertise, and strong leadership for global implementations and security governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in end-user computing.
- Strong knowledge of MS365 platform administration and security governance.
- Proven leadership, budgeting and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-user computing strategy, governance, and operations.
- Oversee MS365 platform architecture, Entra ID and collaboration services.
- Drive enterprise digital workplace initiatives and cloud services.
- Provide technical leadership for endpoint computing and security controls.
- Manage vendor partnerships, subscriptions, and budgets.
- Ensure service availability, adoption and continual improvement.
- Collaborate with IT leaders to integrate endpoints with IT systems.
