Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Electronics Engineering or Microelectronics.
• 5years+ in Product Development and Qualification of New Products in Semiconductor.

Responsibilities

• Sustain automotive and client products during high volume manufacturing.
• Drive execution of sustaining strategies to meet quality and cost targets.
• Develop, respond and drive systemic reduction to SBL triggers in HVM.
• Perform risk assessments and enable decisions affecting quality and reliability in high-volume manufacturing.
• Ensure class and burn-in coverage meets requirements.
• Interface with foundry, OSAT and development partners to ensure quality and reliability.
• Analyze customer returns and drive improvement strategies.
• Analyze early customer feedback to drive design and manufacturing improvements.
• Monitor post-silicon quality results and identify areas for improvement.
• Drive learning into future product designs and manufacturing processes.
