Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of related manufacturing/process industry experience (EMS back end preferred).
• IE knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of electro-pneumatic control, PLC programming, electrical wiring and robot application.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and implement automation solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Architect automation and integration of manufacturing processes and machinery.
• Define, procure, implement and validate automated processes integrated with shop floor systems.
• Collaborate with site management and process owners on feasibility studies.
• Work with system integrators/vendors to deliver automated solutions.
• Support safety, health and environmental objectives through relevant policies.
