Job summary
Air Products Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a SEA Plant Process Engineer/Senior to support SEA plant operations (Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand) with a focus on ASU processes, design calculations and process simulations. You will drive productivity, troubleshoot issues, and participate in safety reviews, plant design and commissioning activities.
Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering with 5+ years in process engineering for industrial gases, especially ASU plants, and
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in process engineering for industrial gases, with strong ASU exposure.
- Strong knowledge of ASU processes, cycles, operations and optimization.
- Experience with process design tools, simulations and calculations.
Responsibilities
- Drive plant process optimization to meet productivity targets.
- Support plant restart, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Review/approve process isolation plans for major work or modification.
- Review/approve EMOC from process perspective.
- Support new plant commissioning and plant training.
- Promote and enforce safety programs and procedures.
