Job summary

Air Liquide is recruiting for a Production Execution Pilot to remotely operate multiple Air Separation Units (ASU) across the APAC region. You will join a 24/7 shift team, coordinating with local site teams and engineering support functions.

Requirements include a degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Control and 1–5 years of operations experience, with the ability to work a 24/7 rotating shift schedule. Fluency in English and comfort with digital tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering and/or Process Control is required.
• 1–5 years of experience in Plant/Process Engineering, Operations or Operations Management preferred.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Systematically run the asset optimizer and adjust ASU production.
• Communicate plant information and coordinate site activities with the site operation team.
• Drive and respond to internal/external customer interactions.
• Act as a key stakeholder in industrial crisis management.
• Deliver effective shift handovers focusing on safety, reliability and efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and report benefits.
