Job summary

RGE is seeking a proactive procurement professional to drive supplier relationship management, negotiate contracts, and coordinate supplier integration. You will establish strong supplier partnerships and ensure compliance with internal standards.

You will monitor market dynamics, partner with internal clients to define sourcing needs, and plan materials and production according to demand, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Establishing supplier relationship management processes and continuous improvement goals/programs.
• Negotiating contracts and coordinating supplier integration plans with internal clients.
• Monitoring market dynamics that impact materials/services availability and/or pricing.
• Partnering with internal clients to identify sourcing needs, develop buyer/market profiles, identify marketplace trends, and define acceptable service levels.
• Demonstrate strong procurement and planning background.
• Responsible for the planning of materials and production, providing resources and materials according to pre-established demand.
