Job summary

EST Advisory Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a Corporate Restructuring & Recovery Executive in Kuala Lumpur. You will assist in overseeing recovery, restructuring, and liquidation processes, coordinating with partner firms and internal teams to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

The role requires a accounting background, at least 1 year in a related field, and strong numerical and analytical skills. Bahasa Malaysia and English proficiency are essential for effective communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in a legal/ Accountancy/ corporate advisory firm.
• Familiar with Companies Act, Insolvency Act in corporate recovery and restructuring.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent worker with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in numbers, accounting reviews, and analytical writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist Corporate Recovery & Restructuring team in overseeing and administering recovery, restructuring, and liquidation processes.
• Manage files and coordinate with partner firms for compliance with laws and regulations.
• Review and handle legal documents; coordinate across business units.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by the company.
