Job summary

WP & CO Audit Firm in Penang is seeking an experienced audit professional to manage assigned portfolios and ensure timely completion of engagements. You will handle complex audits, provide audit and accounting guidance, and support ongoing client inquiries with professional service.

The role offers opportunities to lead and develop team members while ensuring strict adherence to audit procedures and the firm’s operations manual.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting / Finance or professional accounting qualification is required.
• Candidates with <1 year of audit experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities; able to develop team members.
• Good team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT systems.
• Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is essential for Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities
