Responsibilities

Manage reconciling and processing positions related to Corporate Action events.
Revise communications, notifications and postings for Corporate Action or Proxy events.
Review Corporate Action/Proxy events and determine processing requirements.
Liaise with units and departments impacting clients on Corporate Action items.
Pro-actively reconcile instructions versus eligible holders and execute client votes.
Research and resolve discrepancies within department standards.
Review and update processes and procedures timely.
Identify gaps and propose system enhancements.
Participate in testing and successful implementations.
Escalate issues to management and support cross-training.
