TechnipFMC plc in Malaysia is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering professional to standardize processes, develop routings and FAT documentation, and support tooling and fixtures for scalable production. You will collaborate with Design Engineering, Quotation and Projects, train others in DFx, and lead continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring adherence to HSE policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Robotics/Electronics engineering.
• Strong knowledge of CAD, schematics and manufacturing drawings.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and GD&T is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Standardizes processes for manufacturing core products and redesigns processes to improve throughput and costs.
• Develops routings and FAT documentation, designs tooling and equipment.
• Supports machining operations with expendables ordering and invoicing.
• Updates area metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Reviews routings, DCP procedures and materials and shop tool lists prior to release for manufacturing approval.
• Coordinates with area supervisor for onboarding of new personnel.
• Acts as a technical resource providing guidance for team members.
• Leads continuous improvement through SIFP, QIPPs, and Lean initiatives.
