The role of Quality Assurance Manager requires extensive experience in semiconductor QA, strong customer communication, and the ability to drive corrective actions and preventive measures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Manage customer complaints with internal teams for containment and corrective actions.
• Understand KPI commitments and CIP/KPI obligations.
• Understand customer specifications during account assignment.
• Train and lead a team to develop continuous improvement programs.
• Track key item performance and implement preventive/corrective actions.
• Plan and enforce quality systems.
• Liaise with customers and product groups on quality issues and actions.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensure QA engineer handover when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigation and containment of quality issues with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with customers on quality improvements and feedback.
• Ensure implementation of quality systems across sites.
• Oversee handover process to QA engineers.
