Job summary

Pan Asia Software Solutions is seeking an experienced AS/400 Developer to enhance and support core banking applications on IBM i (AS/400). The role focuses on Payments, Remittance, Fund Transfer, and Loan Management systems, with a preference for expertise in Silverlake Core Banking.

Ideal candidates have 5-10 years of AS/400 development, strong RPG/RPGLE, CLP, SQLRPGLE, and DB2/400 skills, plus banking domain experience in Payments and Loans. Bachelor's degree in IT/ CS required.

Qualifications

5-10 years of AS/400 (IBM i) development experience.
Banking domain experience in Payments and Loans is mandatory.
Experience with system integration, APIs, MQ, and batch processing.
Strong SDLC and production support understanding.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain applications using RPG/RPGLE, CL, SQLRPGLE, and DB2/400.
Support Payments, Remittance, Fund Transfer, and Loan Management systems.
Perform enhancements, production support, bug fixes, and performance tuning.
Participate in requirement analysis, development, testing, UAT, and production deployment.
Support incident resolution and end-of-day banking processes.
