Job summary

Master Mansion Design Sdn Bhd is seeking a Manager, Architectural cum Quantity Surveyor to lead architectural design from concept through construction documentation. You will drive collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, ensure design accuracy, and coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and contractors to achieve compliant, buildable solutions.

The role requires extensive experience in project management, procurement, and cost control, with strong emphasis on value engineering,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in Project Management & Development, Contracts & Procurement, Architectural/Construction Management.
• Experience with large-scale commercial, residential, industrial, infrastructure, mixed-use, or institutional developments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the architectural design process for construction projects.
• Develop detailed architectural drawings, plans, specifications, and design documentation with multidisciplinary teams.
• Review, modify, and ensure design deliverables meet codes and constructability.
• Coordinate design development and resolve technical issues between disciplines.
• Monitor design changes and assess impact on cost, schedule, and quality.
• Lead project coordination meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
