WK Consortium SB is seeking an Architectural Site Supervisor to lead on-site execution of architectural works from finishing to handover. You will ensure adherence to design intent, approved drawings, and quality standards while coordinating with C&S and M&E teams.

You will oversee subcontractors, manage materials, and enforce safety regulations, aiming to deliver projects on time and to specification with rigorous quality control.

Competenze

• Proven hands-on experience supervising architectural works, finishing, and interior fit-outs in construction projects.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, finishing details, material specifications, and building codes.
• Excellent ability to resolve site clashes, manage subcontractors, and communicate with consultants, architects, and project management.
• Committed to maintaining a safe working environment and enforcing statutory safety compliance.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily architectural works on-site, ensuring alignment with drawings, method statements, material specs, and master schedule.
• Supervise finishing trades including plastering, painting, tiling, ceilings, joinery, waterproofing, glazing and façades.
• Conduct inspections to maintain high workmanship, identify defects, and ensure timely rectifications.
• Coordinate architectural activities with Civil & Structural and M&E teams to prevent clashes and delays.
• Manage subcontractors and materials, ensuring compliance with approved samples and proper storage on site.
• Lead snagging inspections and support smooth project handovers.
• Monitor progress against schedules, report manpower deployment, and submit progress reports to management.
• Enforce site safety regulations, PPE usage, and safe work practices.
