Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia in Kuala Lumpur seeks a capable professional to supervise OTC operations and manage daily performance to meet SLAs and client satisfaction. You will guide Change Requests, develop team succession, and ensure seamless service delivery with escalation support as needed.

The role requires 3–4 years in Accounting/Finance, fluency in Vietnamese and English, and familiarity with F&A outsourcing. On-site presence in Kuala Lumpur is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field with 3–4 years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English, including business writing and communication.
• Familiar with F&A outsourcing operation.
• Rich client facing experience, good at communication with client.
• High responsibility and dedication on work.
• Overtime may be required during peak periods.
• Non-standard hours may be required.
• Willing to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operation on OTC process.
• Daily operational performance management and meet targets including SLAs.
• Achieve client satisfaction at management and end-user levels.
• Facilitate the Change Request process.
• Build team succession and effective delivery.
• Provide a holistic view of service delivery to the client.
• Act as escalation route to client for service related issues and drive resolution.
• Support ad hoc contractual projects in line with the project team.
• Initiate and own continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with Accenture policies and procedures.
• Work with OE support team.
• Sound Operations management experience (including SLA management).
• Basic contractual / change management knowledge.
