Job summary

Electrolux is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional for our Centre of Excellence in Malaysia. The role focuses on AR processing, cash allocation, and month-end close within a cross‑functional, multinational environment.

The successful candidate will handle end-to-end AR activities, ensure SLAs are met, and contribute to process improvements. Hybrid work arrangement based in Petaling Jaya is offered with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Accounts Receivable or related accounting function
• Experience in a Shared Services environment is a plus
• Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English & Vietnamese with good communication

Responsibilities

• Provide AR transaction processing support to deliver AR services per established processes and ECS requirements
• Ensure daily operations meet SLAs and are timely for the location
• Monitor AR cycle from invoice processing to cash allocation to meet KPIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize end-to-end processes
• Support month-end close and prepare month-end reports
• Assist and back up AR tasks as needed
• Participate in knowledge transfer and training for new team members
• Engage stakeholders to resolve operational issues and drive improvements
