Job summary

Swift is seeking a responsive student for a 6-month internship in Kuala Lumpur to support platform migration, reporting, and documentation. You will learn Jira/Confluence cloud migration, assist in data collection and KPI tracking, and contribute to user guides and knowledge articles under guidance from experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Project Management principles and Agile methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of reporting and visualisation tools such as eazyBI, Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage assigned tasks and communicate when support is needed.
• Comfortable learning from feedback and collaborating within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Jira and Confluence Cloud migration activities.
• Help prepare and maintain migration-related documentation, reports, and status updates.
• Assist with validation activities and issue tracking.
• Help consolidate migration feedback and support issue resolution.
• Collect and organise project or operational data from agreed sources.
• Assist in tracking project progress, migration metrics, and operational KPIs.
• Perform basic data checks to identify missing, duplicated or inconsistent information.
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests.
• Assist in day-to-day support by following documented procedures.
• Support user requests, platform enhancement activities, and administrative tasks.
• Create and maintain user guides, knowledge articles, and operational documentation.
• Help review and organize knowledge articles, user guides and frequently asked questions.

Platform Migration Support

• Assist in Jira and Confluence Cloud migration activities.

Requirements
