Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on application development experience.
• Strong VB.NET and .NET Framework experience, including Windows Forms and WCF.
• Solid MS SQL Server skills, including stored procedures, query optimisation, and database design.
• Experience with Bitbucket and collaborative development.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand business workflows and identify opportunities for automation.
• Proactive, independent, and comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot is essential.
• Next.js and React experience is an advantage.
• Corporate services or accounting domain knowledge is a plus.

• Maintain and modernise existing VB.NET applications while reducing technical debt
• Troubleshoot production issues and complex application problems
• Write clean, testable, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
• Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot
• Continuously improve application performance, automation, and development practices
