Job summary

Ambition in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to deliver on-site web and mobile applications, system integrations, and backend services. You’ll own features end-to-end, design scalable architectures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship robust solutions.

You’ll work with Node.js, Express.js, React, PostgreSQL, Docker, Git, and Tailwind CSS, while applying CI/CD practices and RESTful APIs. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/SE or equivalent.
• 4–5 years of full-stack development with delivery experience.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, React, PostgreSQL, Docker, Git, and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.
• Cloud experience with Azure preferred; AWS acceptable.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Lovable is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to client sites; own transport preferred.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 4-5 years’ full-stack development experience with a strong delivery track record
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, React, PostgreSQL, Docker, Git, and Tailwind CSS
• Solid grounding in RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and version control practices
• Mandatory cloud experience - Microsoft Azure preferred, AWS acceptable
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Lovable is a plus
• Willingness to travel to client sites; own transport preferred
