Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Sr. Associate I, Payroll to deliver accurate payroll processing across APAC countries while maintaining service quality and compliance.

The role partners with Payroll Vendors, HR, Finance, and Workday teams to ensure timely processing and issue resolution, and supports governance, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with Payroll Vendors, HR, Treasury, and Total Rewards to ensure timely payroll execution, adherence to local statutory

Qualifications

• Deliver accurate and compliant payroll processing for APAC countries.
• Support end-to-end payroll operations and data administration.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and assist with compliance and governance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely payroll processing for Korea, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
• Collect, validate, and consolidate payroll inputs from multiple sources.
• Ensure transactions comply with policies, regulations, and calendars.
• Monitor vendor performance and payroll outputs for accuracy and timeliness.
• Review results, reconciliations, and exceptions prior to finalization.
• Support payroll funding, taxes, and third‑party remittances with Treasury/Finance.
• Respond to associate and manager inquiries within SLAs.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Maintain payroll documentation and SOPs for knowledge continuity.
• Assist with payroll system implementations, transitions, and process improvements.
