Job summary

ACCORD INNOVATIONS SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking an experienced Android developer to build and maintain native Android apps using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.

You will implement MVVM, UDF, and Modular Architecture, write unit/integration/UI tests, diagnose crashes, and collaborate with QA, product teams and stakeholders to improve stability and performance. You will participate in code reviews and contribute to release activities, helping establish engineering best practices

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Android development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Kotlin
• Strong experience with Jetpack Compose
• Knowledge of Android architecture patterns (MVVM, UDF, Modular)
• Experience with Unit, Integration, and UI automated testing for Android
• Experience with crash investigation and debugging

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Android features using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Develop clean, scalable native Android applications.
• Implement modern Android architecture patterns such as MVVM, UDF, and Modular Architecture.
• Develop and maintain unit, integration, and UI automated tests.
• Troubleshoot production defects and perform crash investigation and debugging.
• Participate in maintenance, testing, and release activities.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, product teams, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Contribute to improving application stability, performance, and overall quality.
