TDCX Malaysia is seeking a skilled Analytics/Reporting professional to turn data into actionable insights for our call center operations. You’ll own reporting cycles, develop dashboards, and deliver clear narratives that drive performance and continuous improvement.

Join a global BPO leader and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise staffing, profitability, and customer experience using Tableau, Power BI, and advanced analytics tools, while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

Advanced degree or higher in any field with 3–5 years in analytics or call center reporting.
Experience importing data for dashboards in Tableau/Power BI.
Strong communication in English and local market language.

Responsibilities

Provide business insight through metrics, reporting, and variance analysis from in-depth analysis.
Prepare and analyse daily, weekly, monthly reports and KPI presentations.
Perform market analysis to support business decision making.
Run and analyse reports to adjust staffing for productivity and profitability.
Review and optimize existing systems and strategies for improvement.
Present data in dashboards or files to aid timely decisions and improve processes.
