Grab is seeking a data-driven professional to join the Platform Quality & Experience team in Petaling Jaya. You will diagnose inefficiencies with deep analytics, generate actionable insights, and drive end-to-end policy improvements across the marketplace.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and translating data into measurable outcomes that enhance platform quality and user experience for drivers, partners, and customers.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years' experience in Strategy, Business Analyst or Consulting is highly valued.
• Proficiency in SQL is a MUST - you should be comfortable independently writing complex queries to extract and analyze large datasets
• A proven ability to interpret data, identify gaps within current processes, and devise and implement strategic improvement plans are critical requisites for this role
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and communication are needed.

Responsibilities

• Data-Driven Insight Generation: Own the analytical workstream — build queries, dashboards, and deep dives.
• Policy Development & Optimization: Identify gaps and inefficiencies and develop/iterate on policies.
• Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional projects from problem framing through implementation and measurement.
